Our official accounts

These are the only social media accounts run by ereQa:

• Facebook
• X (Twitter)
• LinkedIn
• Instagram

Our website is ereqa.com, and our emails come from addresses ending in @ereqa.com.

What we will never ask for

• Your password, a sign-in code or a one-time PIN, by message, phone or email.
• Your card number, bank PIN or BVN.
• A payment into a personal bank account. ereQa subscriptions are only paid inside the app.
• Remote access to your phone or computer.

Spotted a fake account or message?

Don't reply or pay. Report the account on the platform, and email support@ereqa.com with a screenshot so we can warn other users and ask for it to be taken down.

Using our social channels

Social networks are run by other companies, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to anything you post there. Please don't share account details or financial information in comments or direct messages; for help with your account, use the in-app chat or email support. Following, liking or sharing another account's post doesn't mean we endorse it, and posts on our channels are general information, not tax, legal or financial advice.
