Depending on where you live, data protection law gives you rights over your personal data. That includes the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, receive a copy in a portable format, have it deleted, object to or restrict some uses of it, and withdraw consent you have given. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
You choose which optional cookies we use: analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog) and marketing (Meta Pixel). Essential cookies, which keep you signed in and secure, are always on. You can change your choice at any time. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Signed in, you can view and edit your business details, clients, invoices and expenses at any time, and export your records as CSV or Excel from the app. For a full copy of the personal data we hold about you, email us using the details below.
To close your account and delete your data, email support@ereqa.com from the address on your account. We'll confirm the request before acting on it. A deleted account can be restored by our team for a short period in case of a mistake, after which its data is removed. We may have to keep some records for longer where the law requires it, such as payment records for your ereQa subscription.
Email privacy@ereqa.com and say which right you want to use. We may ask you to confirm your identity so we never give your data to someone else. We'll respond within the time the law allows. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, or, in the UK, to the Information Commissioner's Office.
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
