How it fits together
Every invoice and quote carries a public link. When a client opens it they see the invoice and your payment details, pay your account directly, and can tap “I’ve paid”, bank transfer or USSD. Bani confirms the payment to ereQa, the invoice is marked paid and a receipt is issued. Card details never pass through ereQa. Settlement goes to the bank account you register with Bani.
WhatsApp sharing opens your client’s chat with the invoice summary and the invoice link already in the message; there is nothing to install on either side. Email delivery is handled by Resend, with open and delivery tracking so you can see whether an invoice was received before you chase it. Automatic reminders use the same two channels.
Rather than connecting to your bank, ereQa reads the statements Nigerian banks already give you — PDF or CSV from GTBank, Access, Zenith, First Bank, UBA and the others — and matches the transactions to your invoices and expenses. No bank login is ever requested.
Every plan exports CSV. Starter adds an Excel layout shaped for Nigerian accountants; Pro adds QuickBooks and Sage-compatible exports; Business can schedule a monthly export to your accountant automatically. If your accountant uses something else, the CSV is plain and documented.
It means it is on the roadmap and not yet built — not that it is in beta. We list these so you can tell us which matter. Paystack and Flutterwave as invoice-payment options, M-Pesa for Kenyan clients, and Shopify and WooCommerce order sync are the ones most often asked for; QuickBooks import is for businesses switching to ereQa with history to bring.
